Short Term Rehabilitation Services
Our compassionate, friendly, and professional staff includes certified physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as social workers that are specially trained in geriatric care.
Staff members work directly with residents, family members, and personal physicians to preserve the highest level of resident dignity and independence.
We take great pride in our short-term rehabilitation program. Participants in this program are our “guests”, as they stay with us temporarily. At WeCare Centers, we align your goal with a focus, and work together to help you get back to your normal life.
Our therapists, along with each guest’s physician, create individualized programs designed to meet the rehabilitative needs of each participant and maximize his/her full potential, with the goal being a return to an independent setting.
To maintain our exceptional level of quality care, our staff members participate in ongoing training programs and health-related seminars within their respective fields.
Our carefully selected team of professionals is ready 24 hours a day to provide our residents with the skilled services they may need. We are dedicated to ensuring that the needs of our residents, as well as their family members, are being met.
“At WeCare Centers, we align your goal with a focus, and work together to help you get back to your normal life.”
