Adult Day Health Services
At ADHS we meet the individual needs of each of our registrants, factoring in their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual, needs.
Adult Day Health Services provide social and recreational activities, health maintenance, medication administration, and wellness promotion to adults with physical and mental impairments in a pleasant, safe environment, all while focusing on providing Patient-Centered Care. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided daily. Transportation services are available within designated areas, to and from the program daily. Rehabilitation Services are also available during program hours. A registered nurse is on-site to provide medical supervision and treatment as needed.
Care Options
ADHS offers a multi-disciplinary program designed to assist the individual to obtain his/her maximum level of health, preventing further disability, and providing respite for family members and caregivers.

- Physical & Occupational Therapy
- Coordination of Individualized Plan Care with Primary Care Physician
Medication & Treatment Assistance:

- Nurse-supervised self-administration
- Blood glucose monitoring
Health Monitoring:
- Therapeutic Diet & Nutritional Counseling
- Meals & Snacks
